What are your management fees?
Our management fee is 7% + GST, plus a letting fee of one week's rent when we place a new tenant. Book a consultation and we will walk you through exactly what is covered, with no surprises.
How do you handle maintenance and repairs?
We use trusted tradespeople and agree spending limits with you in advance. Anything above that limit comes to you for approval first.
Do you look after the tax side of my rental too?
We can. As a chartered accounting firm, we can prepare your rental accounts and tax alongside managing the property, so it is all connected.
